Bar stunts, "betchas", and puzzler-type tricks have long been favorites of magicians, and you likely have several in your own library.  There is always room for one more, and this small, slim volume by Diamond Jim Tyler is worth your consideration.  From its faux-leather hard cover, to faux-silver gilt-edged paper, and thin crimson bookmark, this book suggests fun.  Just slightly over 3 x 5 inches in size, it contains seventy-five little gems spread over 136 pages, and a surprising number of them are out of the ordinary.

Imagine catching a live fly, drowning it, and then bringing it back to life.  Weird (but cool)!  Did you know that if you place the magnetic strips of two borrowed credit cards together they will cling by magnetic attraction?  They won't.  But Diamond Jim sure makes it look like they do.  Speaking of credit cards, Jim also shows you how to swipe a dollar bill through a credit card terminal and have the sale charged to your credit card.  Imagine the surprise on the clerk's face when the little machine spits out the receipt!  This is fun stuff.

With an introduction by funny man Tom Mullica, and lots to choose from, twenty bucks is a good price for this little gem.  You'll likely find at least twenty items here that you will use over and over and over.
